COUPLES COUNSELING AND RELATIONSHIP ENRICHMENT

Despite what social media and television may lead you to believe, no relationship is perfect.  Couples argue, say inappropriate things to one another, and have issues that they have never been able to resolve.  

Couples counseling gives couples the tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, problem solve and even argue in a healthier way. Working with an unbiased third party can help bring out the best in you and your partner, strengthening the quality of your relationship.

*For the foreseeable future, all sessions are conducted via Zoom or other video conference platforms.*  

All relationships, even the ones that are functioning properly, experience moments of turmoil.  This is perfectly okay!  You and your partner are two totally different people.  You won’t always see things eye to eye, but it is imperative to remember that you are a team, and working towards a common goal.  

• Couples counseling provides a safe environment to be honest about feels, fears, aspirations, and desires.  
• It is an opportunity to learn more about communication and conflict resolution skills to establish and maintain a happy and healthy relationship. 
• Counseling gives you the tools to enable you to deal with issues in ways that support you to grow as individuals and a couple even when there isn’t a counselor there to moderate. 

• Better understand you, your partner, and relationship. 
• Learn how to compromise.
• Discover how to handle individual differences.
• Find the root of the problem(s), and implement new strategies to solve them.

Couples Counseling and Relationship Enrichment is designed to assist couples who are married or have already gone through premarital counseling.  This option differs from premarital counseling because it is on a session by session basis.  

Cost: $150 per session

Instead of the Prepare/Enrich Assessment, we begin with a questionnaire to help discover the areas you and your partner would like to improve within your relationship.
