First things first - you must obtain your marriage license, and bring it to your marriage license signing. Only the courts are authorized to issue the marriage license. Click here for marriage license guidance. Please consult your local office for issuance procedures.

Next, choose your location. For your convenience, I can come to a location of your choosing that is within 20 miles of my office address. Then, you schedule your marriage license signing. 

- We will meet at the designated location

- You both repeat the legal verbiage required to seal your union. (Exchange rings if you would like)

- I complete and sign your marriage license.
